What I collect, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

Data controller

If you write on WhatsApp or by email
I collect what you send: name, number, email and the content of the message. I need it to reply and, if you become a client, to do the work. Legal basis: your request, then the contract. I keep messages for two years from the last contact if you do not become a client; for the duration of the relationship plus ten years if you do, which is the retention period for accounting records.
If you pay for a subscription
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland), acting as an independent controller for transaction data. From Stripe I receive name, email, billing address, phone and the last four digits of the card. The full card number never passes through me and I never see it. I keep this data for ten years.
Visit statistics
Only if you consent at the banner. I use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, and data is also processed in the United States under standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, the Google script is not even loaded: no request is made to Google servers and your IP address never reaches them. Retention: fourteen months.
If you arrive from a TikTok ad
Only if you consent at the banner. The TikTok pixel records the pages you open here and ties them to the visit that started at the ad, so I know which ads bring real enquiries and not just clicks. For this data TikTok Information Technology UK Limited acts as a joint controller, and processes it outside the European Union too, under standard contractual clauses. If you decline, the TikTok script is not even loaded: neither the visit nor your IP address reaches its servers. The cookie lasts thirteen months.
What I do not do
I do not sell data and I do not pass it to third parties for marketing. The only advertising tool on this site is the TikTok pixel above, and it only runs if you accept it: there is no Meta pixel installed. I use no external geolocation services: the page language is chosen from your browser settings, not from your IP address.
If you send the automation form
I collect what you write: name, business, the description of your application, what you would like automated, your WhatsApp number and your email. They serve to answer you and nothing else: they go on no list, you get no newsletter, and I pass them to nobody. Legal basis: your own request. The form is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores the submission on my behalf as processor and forwards it to me by email. I keep the request for two years from the last contact if nothing comes of it; for the length of the relationship plus ten years if you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask me to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format, or object to processing. An email is enough. If you think something is wrong you can complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Where the data sits
The site is hosted on Netlify. Email goes through the mail provider. Payments sit with Stripe. None of these receives data from me that you have not already given me.
