How the money works.

The Business Manager is yours

The ad account is in your name, the card is yours, and the platform bills you. I get partner access with an advertiser role: I can build and run campaigns, I cannot move your money.

My fee is 15%, €149 minimum

Calculated on net advertising spend for the month, excluding taxes applied by the platform. Meta, for one, adds 3% on ads served in Italy from 1 July 2026: that 3% is not part of my fee base.

Why there is a minimum

Setting up the account, writing the ads, reading the numbers and writing your report takes the same hours on €300 of budget as on €3,000. Below €994 of budget 15% does not cover them, and the €149 minimum is what keeps the small client viable without inventing a retainer. Above that threshold the minimum disappears: you pay 15% and nothing else.

What management covers

Account setup, audiences, creative, monitoring and a monthly report. No subscription: you pay for the months you run.

What you need in place first

A profile on the platform where your customer already is — a Facebook or Instagram page, a TikTok account, a Google listing —, a WhatsApp business number, and a site or page for the clicks to land on. Without the third piece the campaign sends people to nothing.

Below a certain budget it does not work

With too little spend the campaign never leaves the learning phase: the algorithm needs a volume of conversions to optimise. I tell you this first rather than take the money and disappoint you later.
